Q2:Q: What's the battery warranty?
A2:We provide two-year warranty for all our batteries. And our
two-year battery warranty includes the following privileges when
used correctly in accordance with the manual instructions:
1. We'll assist to analyze customer's problem within 24 hours, and
help solve problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the
optimal use method.
2. If the problem can't be solved, we'll send new battery
replacement to the defective battery. And the defective battery
needs to be returned to our US warehouse, and will be checked and
tested by our technical team.
Q3: What charger do we recommend?
We recommend specialized LiFePo4 charger.its charging voltage
should be between 3.55-3.65V per series.For example 14.2V~14.6V for
12.8V battery pack, and standard charge rate is 0.2-0.5C.
Q4:If I connect 4*100Ah batteries for two in series and two in
parallel, what will be the maximum current draw?
A4:The system is 24V 200Ah that support max. 200A continuous
charge/discharge current, and max. 5120W load power.
